Not Rhizophagus?
The picture is a bit fuzzy, but it looks like this is not Rhizophagus. Rhizophagus is not as "hairy" as this fellow. They are usually glabrous to sub-glabrous. This guy is pretty furry. My best guess would be some sort of Bactridium.
