Number of tails

Is the body length just a rough estimate? In other words, could the body length actually be as little as 1.6 cm? Do you recall whether the mayfly had 2 tails or 3 tails? I can't tell for certain from this photo, as what appears to be a 3rd tail, may result from movement of the 2nd tail during exposure.
