Proctotrupid is correct…
A smooth unsculptured body (except the propodeum), spindle-shaped abdomen, antennae with 11 flagellar segments, and distinctive wing stigma IDs this family. Mostly parasitic on beetle larvae.

looks like a proctotrupid
but I am not very familiar with that group
