Enchenopa's right, and the leaves/fruit of the host plant certainly seem to match

.
Dr. Hamilton has said that hoppers with tentative IDs should be moved into the Guide; he'll correct errors as he finds them. For what it's worth, I'd say go for it (but frass the host plant pic).
