Which one
Larinia borealis or Larinia famulatoria, wouldn't it be nice to find a famulatoria? I'll have to check my Canada spider book after work.

 
Larinia borealis
Sorry only borealis is listed in The Insects & Arachnids of Canada Parth 23. The other two species aren't found in Canada, or weren't at the time this guide was published.

hmmm... well, i'm in montana and not sure if that would make a difference. i haven't been able to find a great guide to spiders in this state yet.

I've requested a MT spider list from Bozeman, but I haven't heard back from them yet.

what a gorgeous spider! Resembles some of our images of Larinia, although there may be other possibilities...
