FYI, Syrphid Flies is probably a better place for these, as it's reviewed more actively.

This time around, I'm pretty sure it's Paragus
Shape of abdomen almost threw me, but then I saw this one again:


In the ones I've shot, abdomen is smooth and red is the more common color. Postures here are very Paragus.
