Podurus aquaticus
The genus was changed not too long ago, but I can't remember what it is now (and am old enough to not care). Just saw the next picture has the same id, but gender of name should be masculine.

ITIS lists the name as "Podura aquatica Linnaeus, 1758". Google gives 4 occurences of "Podurus", one of which is this page, and two of which are an article that uses the combination "Podurus aquatica"
