Ciid -
Orthocis punctatus
Boxborough, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, USA
March 2, 2006
Size: 3mm
It looks similar to a Melandryidae I recently posted. The antennae show 3 knobs at the ends, that should help narrow it down.

genus Orthocis
key characters on tibiae and antennae invisible - but nontheless safely recognized by following combination:
body rather elongate and parallel, hairs on upper surface indistinct to lacking, pronotum distinctly explanate at sides.
