Likely male M. xylocopoides
I think this is the male of Megachile xylocopoides. See Bees of Florida,
Megachile 20xylocopoides, in particular, this photo of the male. The female is all black:

and we have one of the males here already, with not quite as strong a pattern:

but it looks to be the same basic pattern to me, and looks like that photo from Bees of Florida, above.
