Several (20 or more) of these bees near some flowering legumes - would land on the vegetation and scrape at or lick the vegetation. Much interaction between bees.

This might be angustitibialis Ribble, 1965.

This summer and in previous years the Nomia visiting legumes in Cave Creek Canyon were this species
