Hopper nymph? - Penthimia americana

Hopper nymph? - Penthimia americana
Henryetta, Okmulgee County, Oklahoma, USA
March 26, 2006
Size: 4mm measured
The more I looked at the images the more it looked like some sort of tree hopper, perhaps a nymph.
On red buckeye.
After looking thru the guide I think it looks most like a Penthimia nymph.
