This is likely either Caloparyphus or Euparyphus. Do you have a shot of the pronotum? The diagnostic character is whether the anterior spiracle is sessile (Caloparyphus) or on a stalk* (Euparyphus).

*Caveat: this stalk doesn't develop until the final larval instar!

I thought it was a dipteran, but really couldn't figure out what. I can get a shot of the pronotum, I'll post it soon.

Edit: I checked out several specimens, none have the characteristic stalk
