13 flagellomeres; tarsi 3-segmented; M 2-branched; wing venation (one specimen spread it wings when preserved in ethanol) identical to Fig. 55 g in Charles Lienhard's "Faune de France". Coloration including "wings with slight brown wash" as described by Mockford (N. A. Psocoptera) p. 60. Found on dead palm leaves. Range SE United States, Mexico, South America, Africa and more.
