Something in Anasa?
Closest image I can find on the Guide is
Anasa armigera
. But there are no dots on basal segment of antennae in your image. Maybe
Anasa scorbutica
? Read WonGun's comment in this image page. I'm not an expert and I think you need help from expert!

Looks like a Coreid (Leaffooted Bug)...
...but I sure can't find a good match in the Guide. Maybe I'm way off base--or maybe this is something new. Either way, I'll look forward to hearing from the experts on this one.
