Very nice Curculioninae. The rostrum is fantastic to look at. This genus is in the tribe Curculionini along with Curculio. This guy was captured while sifting leaves, early in the spring, in a forest of Salix and Fraxinus nearby a small river. They were everywhere together with Plagiodera versicolora.
