Katydid - Orchelimum ? - Orchelimum agile

Katydid - Orchelimum ? - Orchelimum agile
Delaware County, Delaware, USA
I think it's Orchelimum from what I could gather from other look-alikes on here but not sure. I am not sure what it's got in it's mouth but it was twisting it.

tentatively moved to O. agile, as it seems the best fit.
Without seeing the shape of the cerci, I can't be absolutely certain though.

Moved from Greater Meadow Katydids.

I tend to agree.
Probably is Orchelimum. They tend to be mid-range in size compared to other katydids, and males like this one tend to have an exaggerated stridulatory area that is "bumpy" in profile. The similar genus Conocephalus tends to be smaller in size, with a smoother stridulatory area in profile.
