Small syrphid - Paragus haemorrhous - Female

Size: ~3 mm bl
Resting on edge of chard leaf, noon. Is this Paragus? It looks a little different from a mating Paragus pair I posted this year, but the wing venation is the same. I don't know what to make of that narrow abdominal extension.
