I'm not really a spider man, but a nice face, and a nice body, I think. I mean, for a spider!

That light colored thing, below, and to the right of the eyes - Would that be a fang?

That swelling on the chelicer
That swelling on the chelicera is called a "boss". Its presence or absence is used to identify different groups of spiders, but I haven't found anything that identifies its purpose.
