Size: tiny
Saw many of these ants on milkweed, licking at whatever liquid that is on the leaf.

These are workers of this common, but apparently undescribed species, gathering honeydow droplets off the surface of the leaf (note early instar aphid exuvia stuck to the sweet stuff).
