size inconsistent: forewing length in D. say is 10 mm or more

Best I can determine
1 mm = 24 count. tip of nose to tip of wings = 23 count

so it's really REALLY tiny, by mantispid standards -- intriguing!
i wish the prothorax were more in focus...
will ask Dr Oswald to check. I can imagine a
Leptomantispa
this small, but our species is usually rather light-colored

for reasons unknown, the forebody closeup shows a much lighter coloration and pretty smooth prothorax consistent w/

I had lightened that some for detail.
I have removed that photo and replaced it with one that has only been cropped and sharpened.
