Backus Woods, Norfolk, Ontario, Canada
October 4, 2010
Size: 1.5 mm
Trapped in a pool of water in a mushroom cap. They seem to have a short furcula (see the individual on its side to the right of the drowned psocopteran).

Noted.
Noted for next time. Thanks for the ID. Moved from Poduromorpha.

Ceratophysella sp.
Note on furca/furcula: a furcula is a small furca.
Poduromorpha typically have a furcula, while Entomobryomorpha and Symphypleona typically have a furca.
