Size: 5.5-6 mm
Another bunch gall fly, this one from Southeastern PA and female, to go with the male from NJ. I had collected the galls two days earlier, on 10/3/2010. Many flies and a few parasitic wasps emerged while in an enclosed container and one fly emerged from its pupa in front of my eyes. I took another video.
