Size: 1.8mm to wingtip
I'm still finding these tiny bugs in my sweep net. I ended up with about 6 of them this day while sweeping through goldenrod.

I find A Lot...
of these under young tulip poplar and sycamore tree leaves, They look like tiny wasps at first glance.

 
They are tiny
I have to magnify them to be sure what I have.
