Poblicia texana
Lois O'Brien points out that this is not P. fuliginosa; which only leaves "Poblicia" texana - which is obviously put in the wrong genus. Certainly, this nymph is the right shape to match the adult, and the state is right for this species.

If you have kept the nymph, get it DNA "barcoded" and see if it matches the barcode we got for P. texana. That should settle the question about its identity.
