Parasitoid from scrub oak
A female of the genus Brasema Cameron (Eupelmidae). For an accurate species identification sculpture of the mesonotumm is important, which is not visible in the images.

Eupelmidae…
Similar to encyrtids with their stout mid-tibial spur, but this chalcid has a longer marginal wing vein and a flatter mesonotum.
