This specimen was found on netleaf hackberry with lichen covered branches. I sent this image to Mockford and he said it was "probably B. walshi". I then keyed it using his "The Blastopsocus semistriatus complex in the U. S. and Canada" J. N. Y. Ent. Soc. 110(3-4):351-364 2002. The wing and subgenital plate match Figs 12 and 13.
