Size: ~ 1.5 mm
This unfortunate little beetle was caught in a sticky trap set (not by me) in a building in San Francisco. Maybe an anthicid? The beetle was alive when these pics were taken, but perhaps these images should eventually be frassed if it's a common species... Note to self: sticky traps are excellent depilatories...
