From the picture, it looks like it could also be Ps. simplex, but the latter is so far known only from Florida in the USA. So for Mike, the questions are:
-- What is the head length to the nearest .05 mm?
-- Is the first tergite nearly or indeed glabrous, and glossy; or is it pubescent?
