Unknown bug/Beetle? - Cicindela scutellaris
Bitter Lake NWR, Roswell, Chaves County, New Mexico, USA
October 24, 2010
Size: maybe an inch
Only found in a very short stretch of sand type soil in desert scrub land. Was very hard to get a better photo as they were very skittish and would fly off.
