Gouty Oak Gall Wasp - Callirhytis quercuspunctata

Gouty Oak Gall Wasp - Callirhytis quercuspunctata
Pakim Pond, Brendan T. Byrne State Forest, New Lisbon, Burlington County, New Jersey, USA
October 25, 2010
Size: Maybe around 33 mm?
I'm assuming that this is Callirhytis quercuspunctata (Gouty Oak Gall Wasp). Any other ideas?
Found on the ground while I was on a fungi foray with the New Jersey Mycological Association.
