Spotted him on the floor of the entryway to the Seneca Rocks Visitors' Center and took this shot before putting him outside. He was kind of large for a weevil, maybe 1cm or larger.

probably N. leucoloma, but key features are not visible in this pic.

 
It does look like them
None are shown in WV, but they are in surrounding states, so I guess not unlikely. Thank you!
