Size: 1 mm.
This critter was on the back of the leaf of an aster (probably Symphyotrichum puniceum) located in a wetland prairie (Williams prairie preserve) photo time 11:30 AM.

Maybe the same species, but Craspedolepta is the second largest psyllid genus. Most use various Asteraceae as hosts.

Thanks, D.B. for checking it out.
Without magnification it looked like a blemish on the leaf. It only caught my attention because it appeared to be doing push-ups. I didn't see any other crawlers on the plant material I collected and I didn't see any galls or leaf damage.
