Size: about 2.8 mm in legth
Found in a grape juice trap in an apple orchard. Larger and with red legs when compared to the ones i commonly find.

Big, dark, strongly modified abdominal sterna, British Columbia; a very distinctive species!

It's particularly pleasing to know that i found something interesting in my kairomone samples. This was the only specimen collected in 2009.
