I think this a Gray Comma, not an Eastern, but would appreciate other opinions.

Eastern Comma
The winter form of the Eastern Comma looks VERY much like the Gray Comma, but the Eastern has a dark spot in the center of the hindwing (as in your photo), which is lacking in the Gray Comma.
