Makes sense,
bacharidis , in the images on bugguide they're all sitting on some Baccharis leaf, so probably a sp. preferring plants in this genus.

Baccharis,
probably Baccharis halimifolia (Asteraceae).
The genus Baccharis is dioecious, that is male and female flowers are found on separate plants.

Was this on a water plant?
If so, I think we might have one in the guide.
