Texas Spotted Range Grasshopper - Psoloessa texana - Female
HWY 166 ~20mi E of Santa Maria, Santa Barbara County, California, USA
November 12, 2010
Size: ~20mm
Wasn't able to get any "in-hand" shots, wings appeared clear hind tibia looked whitish (not red). Frontal ridge does appear grooved, but doesn't seem to have the pronotal shoulder/ridge.
