Wasp - Bicyrtes sp. (Sphecidae, Nyssoninae, Bembecini)
Has been mistaken for a bee, or even for a fly, mainly because of the way the antennae were partly hidden on previous two pictures. A really elegant species, which should hunt for Hemipteran bugs.

Well, shoot, if I'd seen the entire abdomen, I'd have reached the same conclusion:-)
