Size: 12mm
C. undulata or C. wolcotti?

Moved tentatively per John's suggestion; thanks, guys!
Moved from ID Request.

tricky
I'd call this Cymatodera wolcotti.
The two are extremely difficult to tell apart--to the point that I question that they are, indeed, two different things to be told apart. I hope that one day someone will clean up this genus.

Thanks!
I originally had it as C. undulata. After reading your thesis I was more inclined to call it C. wolcotti. Thanks for the response. If it is indeed C. wolcotti this represents a new species for BugGuide.
