Very nice new addition
to BugGuide of this species and genus (monotypic). Exclusive to far western North America. Tim, good to see that this and your other recent photos are improving in clarity.

will look out for it next time I'm out by the river...I had access to a different microscope setup and lighting system, which made a huge difference in image quality- will post more later today.
