Pisaurina
There are four species of Pisaurina in the US. This appears to be a male P. undulata, a more coastal state species that certainly occurs in LA. And this would be the hereafter definitive shot of this species I believe.

Eye Arrangement
This is the craziest eye arrangement I've ever seen!

This spider definitely may be a male Pisaurina, but I've never seen the eye arrangement quite like this before.
