Wasp is Ammophila
The wasp is a Digger, or Thread-waisted Wasp, subfamily Sphecinae, genus Ammophila. See

No help
I'm no good with the bees, Vince. If I actually had the bee in hand I might feel comfortable giving a rough ID, but it's tough with a photo. I will say my impression is of bee and not a wasp.

Bee is probably a halictid
My guess is that the bee is probably something in the family Halictidae. Definitely not Nomada.
