Staphylinidae: Omaliinae: Olophrum sp.
There are 3 species in NH, with O. obtusum being by far the most common. However, I don't know how to separate the species.

The body looks like a niti*dulid, but those antennae and the head certainly didn't.

Staphylinidae: Omaliinae
One of the Omaliine genera. Note the two ocelli on the vertex of the head (one near each eye). Found in most omaliines, and not in the other subfamilies.
