Anthidium? - Anthidium - Craters of the Moon, Idaho, USA July 17, 2010
Hiking through Craters of the Moon - cinder cone and lava field, every time I stopped I'd get "swarmed" by several of these cuties. They really liked to lick our sweat. Pretty sure they're anthidium of some sort, but not wool carders - smaller and less colorful.
