oak besma - Besma quercivoraria

oak besma - Besma quercivoraria
Epping, Rockingham County, New Hampshire, USA
May 7, 2010
Size: Wingspan is 3 cm.
Could someone please let me know if this is an oak besma(Besma quercivoraria) moth?

I am fairly sure it is, but my specimen appears to be lacking the obvious black discal spot on the forewings.

This moth was attracted to the backdoor light. The lot is wooded, mixed deciduous/coniferous with a river nearby.

Thanks for your help.
