Is this a Scudder's? I see so many Scudder's nymphs around here.

Yes she is Scudderia
You have several species in your area, which makes it difficult to say which, because females of some look much alike. I think the two most likely candidates are S. fasciata and S. furcata. S. furcata is most common, and I suspect most likely of the two. Another candidate (but I think the ovipositor should be larger) is S. curvicauda. S. texensis is usually colored differently (i.e. greener ovipositor, etc.), but it could be that one too. Other species look different enough to rule them out.
