identification
It is very challenging to see the apical cross vein (better in second photo) and pilose antenae (better in first photo), but nevertheless this appears to be a female of B. pilicornis.

Not an expert
There is a crane fly I always mistake for Bittacus so I may not be much help.

 
That's a new one
for me. It has four wings, so you must be on the right track. Thanks for your input.
