Chlorochroa eggs?

Chlorochroa eggs?
West Salem, Polk County, Oregon, USA
August 30, 2010
This egg mass is on drying Oregon Grape berries. This year we had a huge spike in what I believe were Chlorochroa ligata and they were on just about every plant with berries. I was able to go out in a small area (my neighbor's yard) and easily collected about 40+ adults in about a 15-30mins in their yard which is like 40yrds by 25yrds.
