Leaf Creature - Stilpnochlora couloniana - Male
Port Orange, Volusia County, Florida, USA

Size: 2-3 inches long
We saw this unusual looking insect on the window of a store in Port Orange. It looked at first like a leaf stuck to the window, but on closer observation it was apparent that it was an insect masquerading as a leaf.

Katydid of some kind...
It reminds me of the Giant Katydid (Stilpnochlora couloniana)...



...but wait for expert confirmation/correction.
