It look like Metallic Dicerca tenebrica, but I would like someone to confirm

but I am still unclear the difference between Dicerca and Poecilonota, as the reddish tails make me think Poecilonota cyanipes....but I could be way wrong....Can anyone point out the smoking gun for those two genera?

 
Poecilonota vs Dicerca
The difference (evident in this photograph) is that Poecilonota has a transverse scutellum, much wider than long, whereas Dicerca has an almost round scutellum.

 
Poecilonota has a single poli
Poecilonota has a single polished ridge running down the middle of the pronotum, while Dicerca has two ridges on either side of the midline. This looks like Poecilonota to me.
