Size: 5.5mm
Looks like a Myrmica species I posted before, except the antennae are shaped wrong.

Indeed...
and despite similar coloration, the antennae are two slender for Myrmica, as are the legs and alitrunk. Once again, I would lean for a light colored Aphaenogaster of the Attomyrma subgenus. There seems to be a stunning diversity among this group in Eastern North America.
